Duties and Responsibilities

• Handle substantive changes to the structure and functions of a website.
• Liaise with Content Webmaster to implement changes to website front-end.

Qualifications

• Technically competent, with experience building and modifying websites.
• Experience with transitions between Flash and HTML5 standards (AJAX, CSS & Javascript).
• Experience working with CMS systems, particularly Drupal.
• Graphics design knowledge, a strong plus.
• Able to work efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Bilingual (Mandarin and English)
