ChinaGoAbroad Newsletter Released

As a natural offshoot of our legal practice, for the past 5 years, TransAsia Lawyers has assisted Chinese entities with their investments abroad.  In doing so, our firm has not only developed significant experience in issues commonly associated with such activities, but has also observed an urgent and ongoing need on the part of Chinese investors for clear, readily available and authoritative information.

To meet this need, TransAsia Lawyers is pleased to announce the release of the inaugural issue of the ChinaGoAbroad Newsletter. The newsletter is dedicated to recent trends and changes which are specifically relevant to Chinese investors undertaking projects overseas. Future editions will also feature information regarding investment opportunities, training, events and more.
