TAL hosts Melbourne Business School Delegation

01 April 2009
Beijing: The international module of the MBS EMBA is focused on developing strategic leadership to prepare students for the opportunities and challenges presented by international business. During their trip to China the students had the opportunity to absorb the real-world experiences of doing business internationally. TransAsia partners provided their expert guidance on both the theoretical and practical application of the law and its impact on business in China. Key topics addressed were the Chinese market and its foreign investment framework, real estate, bribery and employment law.

Jesse TH Chang, Isabelle IS Wan and Richard Ma introduced students to the issues that need to be considered when investing or operating in China. Drawing on their vast personal experience and select case studies the Partners highlighted and contrasted business operations in China and abroad, providing the students with a unique view of the Chinese market.
