TransAsia Partner Presents at the Singapore Business Federation (SBF) Workshop on China's Employment Contract Law

Singapore: Isabelle Wan was invited by SBF to present a half-day workshop focusing on the critical changes arising from the new PRC Employment Contract Law. Her workshop covered a wide range of employment law issues and topics, including:

  • Legal liabilities of employers ( including requirements regarding severance pay)
  • Effective handling of labor disputes and case- studies
