Government Work

TransAsia has a close strategic relationship with the China Industrial Overseas Development & Planning Association under the National Development and Reform Commission of the PRC. TransAsia cooperates with the Association to act as a bridge between the Chinese corporations and their overseas partners for purposes of outbound international investments.  

We also work closely with various PRC government agencies that regularly seek our advice on new legislation and for the preparation of official English language versions. Recently, TransAsia was invited by the SARFT to assist in the publication of China's Laws and Regulations on Radio, Film and Television [16] (SARFT 2009)

Offices

TransAsia's main offices are located in Beijing and Shanghai. The Beijing office focuses on telecommunications, media and technology matters as well as private equity. Our Shanghai office advises on more traditional practice areas, including manufacturing, wholesale and retail, construction & real estate and luxury goods.
