• Advised on the structuring and establishment of new corporate vehicles for Nokia
• Advised Bertelsmann on the establishment of China's first Sino-foreign book distribution joint venture
• Assisted Grüner+Jahr with the structuring of, and documentation for, magazine and book co-publishing arrangements with several PRC partners
• Structured and implemented a PRC online e-commerce platform for Duty Free Shoppers (DFS), and advised on its bid for duty-free concessions at the Pudong International Airport in Shanghai
• Advised Tyco International on the formation and restructuring of several joint ventures and subsidiaries in different cities in China
• Advised Ingram Micro on the restructuring of its China operations, and assisted with local distribution issues
• Established a foreign-invested commercial enterprise for KHD Humboldt Wedag
• Advised Orica Australia Pty Ltd on commercial contract issues related to its operations in China 
• Assisted Avalon, a U.S.-based aged care company, to explore structures for its commercial and charitable initiatives
• Advised Bacardi-Martini on its potential acquisitions of, and mergers with, Chinese liquor companies
• Advised various international brands (including Camus and Lanvin) on market entry structures and partnerships
• Advised Phillip Morris on complex advertising and promotional arrangements, including initiatives geared toward consumers and distributors, as well as the  structuring of  lottery-style and other reward-based promotional campaigns
• Advised Sperian Protection (formally Bacou-Dalloz) on its China structure
• Advised Cemex (formerly Rinker) on its China structure and in the ultimate sale of its business (including factories and inventory), as well as the restructuring of its operations
• Advised Agility (international logistics company) on its China operations
• Advised AIG on the dissolution of its China offices and the resolution of related corporate matters
• Advised II-VI on the establishment of its joint venture with Supower  and other operations in China
• Assisted Zebra Media with the establishment of a PRC structure, and advised on the subsequent capital increase and business scope expansion of one of its PRC subsidiaries
