- Structured and implemented a PRC online e-commerce platform for Duty Free Shoppers (DFS), and advised on its bid for duty-free concessions at the Pudong International Airport in Shanghai
- Advised Tyco International on the formation and restructuring of several joint ventures and subsidiaries in different cities in China
- Advised Ingram Micro on the restructuring of its China operations, and assisted with local distribution issues
