Before joining TransAsia, Yang served for 10 years as an official in the Legal Department of the PRC Ministry of Labor & Social Security (now, the Ministry of Human Resources & Social Security). Prior to that, she worked as a senior consultant with the Ministry of Labor & Social Security-affiliated Beijing Xinjiyu Labor Security Consultancy for 5 years.
