Justina specializes in the FDI, media, Internet & IP sectors.  In addition to general corporate issues, commercial contracts and investments, she advises on various complex and cutting-edge intellectual property issues, such as the copyright questions related to deep-linking, vertical searches, embedded technology and UGC, copyright/patent protection of software, and patent pool policies. 

Recent Projects

• Advised the SARFT on its China Multi-Media Broadcasting (CMMB) project, the first domestically-developed mobile TV platform in China
• Acts as CMMB's general counsel for its operations, investments and restructuring 
• Represented Youku.com in IP litigation and corproate matters
• Advised Google on certain online advertising, video search and copyright issues
• Advised Nokia on the regulatory issues, intellectual property liability and digital rights management issues associated with its new products and services
• Successfully represented Qunar.com (China’s largest online travel search engine) in its appeal to overturn the original judgment in a copyright infringement case
• Advised the world's largest conditional access software provider on its cooperation with a Chinese partner and the related software licensing issues
