Duties
- Advise international clients on their direct investment activities in the PRC
- Negotiate and draft legal documents (Chinese and English)
Requirements
- Minimum of four years' relevant experience
- Qualified to practice PRC law
- Specialization in foreign investment, employment, IT, media, civil litigation, real estate or IP law preferred
- Fluent spoken and written Chinese and English
- Experience in dealing with international clients
- Proactive team player
- Efficient, detail-minded and precise
- Solid organizational and time management skills
- Mature and professional
Training
- Training in the US and/or Hong Kong will be offered to outstanding candidates
