Danielâ€™s practice focuses on foreign direct investment, M&A, real estate and general corporate matters. He also advises PRC companies on their offshore financing projects.

As a member of the Outbound Investment team, he advises on Chinese investment projects into foreign jurisdictions, particularly those in the mining and natural resources sector.
