About Ting

Ting is a member of the Intellectual Property and Corporate & Commercial practice groups. She has particular experience with trademarks and domain names, copyright and unfair competition issues. She is routinely involved with the drafting of copyright license agreements and other intellectual property-related documents.

She also regularly assists our partners in advising clients on market entry structures and legal due diligence. Prior to joining TransAsia, Ting worked as a trademark attorney in the Shanghai office of a leading Chinese law firm, where she specialized in intellectual property.

Recent Projects

• Assisted in advising the China Film Group on its intellectual property protection strategy through the review of its copyright license agreement and non-disclosure agreement
• Helped to advise various multinationals on trademark protection issues, including trademark dispute resolution
• Assisted in advising a foreign technology company on the establishment of a joint venture with a Chinese company engaged in mobile value-added telecom services
