About Jingyuan

Jingyuan is member of the Intellectual Property and Media & Entertainment team. She assists in drafting software licensing, cooperation and co-production agreements, and in undertaking legal due diligence. She also works on intellectual property infringement matters.

In addition, Jingyuan is a member of the firm’s Corporate & Commercial team. She has helped advise various European, American and Chinese clients on their onshore and offshore transactions, and corporate governance issues. She brings considerable experience from her previous positions with two leading European and Chinese law firms, where she specialized in private equity, M&A and intellectual property.

• Assisted in advising a multinational electronic commerce company on corporate governance issues and matters relating to its ongoing China operations
• Helped advise Blue Bridge Capital on the restructuring of its PRC and offshore investments
• Assisted in advising a leading international wireless product manufacturer and solutions provider on its acquisition of a Cayman company and its PRC subsidiaries
• Assisted in advising a renown international publisher on its capital investment in a PRC company
