About Jessica

Jessica is a member of the Corporate & Commercial and Private Equity & Venture Capital practice groups. She is experienced in helping clients with the deployment of private equity funds and the preparation and negotiation of related documentation. She also regularly conducts investment-related legal due diligence. In addition, Jessica assists with the establishment of PRC corporate entities and post-establishment issues as well as other general corporate matters. 

Prior to joining TransAsia, Jessica worked as a legal intern at the Supreme People's Court and the Ministry of Commerce.

Recent Projects

• Participated in advising a leading private equity fund on its joint venture with a domestic PRC software company and the pre-Prepared advice for an international media corporation on increasing its registered capital and liquidating one of its PRC joint ventures
• Assisted in advising a leading international ticket sales and distribution company on its PRC operations and other general corporate matters 
• Assisted an international software company with its H shares listing and the purchase of a PRC software company
