TransAsia Partner Presents Workshop on Employment Law at the Asian Legal Business (ALB) In-House Legal Summit 2005

Beijing: Isabelle Wan [1] presented a workshop at the ALB In-House Legal Summit, addressing other delegates and leaders in the legal industry on developments and strategies for practicing employment law in China. Other major legal issues discussed at the summit included litigation and dispute resolution, foreign direct investment, banking and finance, construction, M&A, IP and antitrust.
Isabelle's workshop covered multifaceted aspects of employment law in China, including the summation and analysis of regulatory developments and case studies. Particular emphasis was given to the following topics, with reference to their influence on multinationals in China:
