TransAsia Partners Address Leading Network of Employment Law Specialists

Lisbon: Ius Laboris, an alliance of leading law firms specializing in employment law, pensions, employee benefits and comprehensive HR legal services, held its fifth annual Congress from the 19th to 21st May 2005.

Isabelle Wan [1] and Jesse Chang [2] participated as guest speakers at the conference and gave presentations on PRC employment law issues. Isabelle spoke about the causes of and resolution methods for labor disputes, and Jesse presented a workshop on the media as an influential factor during the resolution of labor disputes in China.
