Shanghai: The Policy & Law Committee of the PRC E-Commerce Association recently held its 3rd PRC E-Commerce Policy & Law Conference at the East China Institute of Political Science and Law in Shanghai. Isabelle Wan [1] was invited to participate in the conference and delivered a speech on "Online Transactions and Form Contracts".
