Beijing: At the annual PRC Labor Law Conference, held on the 10th anniversary of the promulgation of the PRC Labor Law, Isabelle Wan [1] presented a speech on "Employment Issues in Foreign Companies' Representative Offices in China".
In addition, Isabelle Wan and Jesse Chang [2] were given a Silver Medal Award by the China Labor Law Studies Association of the PRC Ministry of Labor & Social Security for their contributions towards the compilation and writing of the book China Labor & Social Security Law - Essential Facts Explained (CCH 1998).
