Duties
- Advise international clients on their direct investment activities in the PRC
- Negotiate and draft legal documents (Chinese and English)
Requirements
- Minimum four years' relevant experience
- Qualified to practice PRC law and work as a trademark and / or patent agent
- Specialization in IP matters (including applications, licensing and litigation)
- Fluent spoken and written Chinese and English
- Experience in dealing with international clients
- Proactive team player
- Efficient, detail-minded and precise
- Solid organizational and time management skills
- Mature and professional
