About Apollo

Qualified since 1990, Apollo specializes in advising international and domestic clients on foreign direct investments in China, especially in the areas of land and real estate as well as employment law.

Prior to joining TransAsia and in tandem with his previous law practice, Apollo was a lecturer with the Tong Ji University Law Department for 8 years, teaching classes on law and legal English.

Apollo's projects span a wide range of industries and include the establishment of China's leading residential resort community, championship golf courses and international schools. He has also advised numerous multinational companies on the establishment of various foreign-invested entities, including the construction of buildings in China.

In addition to his 18 years' experience in advising clients on investment, development and operational matters, Apollo has advised Fortune 500 companies on legal compliance issues and crisis management in China. He also has extensive litigation and arbitration experience.

Apollo also specializes in PRC employment law, and has advised numerous clients on employment issues including employment contracts, employee handbooks, non-competition and confidentiality agreements, social security and welfare benefits, retrenchment, and labor dispute resolution (mediation, arbitration and litigation).
