About April
April is a member of the firm's Media & Entertainment and Corporate & Commercial practice groups. Working across the media and entertainment, IT and telecoms sectors, she routinely assists clients with the drafting and negotiation of transaction documents, and compliance issues. April also has extensive experience in advising on establishment and post-establishment issues, compliance issues and other general corporate matters.
In addition to her corporate practice, April has handled several litigation proceedings representing both domestic and foreign invested entities.

- Successfully represented a PRC finance company in its litigation against a residential property developer
- Participated in advising a Chinese state-owned entity on its joint investments with a Switzerland technology company in security technologies projects
- Advised a mobile network service company on the establishment of a domestic joint venture with a local publishing group
