About Colleen

Colleen is a member of the Corporate & Commercial and M&A teams. She handles complex business transactions including divestitures, private equity-sponsored leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations and growth equity investments, and other corporate and securities matters.

Actively working across the technology, chemicals and real estate sectors, Colleen has assisted various multinational clients with their investments in China, including the establishment of PRC subsidiaries, corporate restructuring, market entry and general operational matters.

Recent Projects

• Advised a U.S.-listed semiconductor company on its joint venture in China and on its subsequent acquisition of a PRC entity
• Represented a leading global publishing group on its acquisition of a Chinese medical software company
• Served as counsel to a Chinese company for a Series A offshore financing project
• Represented a global online retailer in various corporate restructuring activities in China
• Advised a television home shopping network on its cooperation with various local partners
