With an in-depth insight into the essence and operating mechanisms of Chinese law, David specializes as a senior associate in general corporate issues, trade secret protection, labor and employment law. In addition, he has valuable experience in commercial arbitration, litigation and other fields of dispute resolutions. He is also strongly interested in FDI issues.

• Advised a US-based English training company on its investment and commercial issues in China
• Advised a prestigious TV Station on risk management of employment issues regarding hundreds of its employees
• Represented a US-based advertising conglomerate in its arbitration case with a claim amount of over RMB 80,000,000 against a local TV station
• Represented a French company in its arbitration case regarding the international sale of goods against a Chinese company
• Assisted in the representation of a foreign-invested IT company in its lawsuit on claims of trade secret infringement against its former employees
• Assisted defending a US Media company in a lawsuit against plaintiff’s claims of illegal termination of employment
