With an in-depth insight into the essence and operating mechanisms of Chinese law, David specializes as a senior associate in general corporate issues, trade secret protection, labor and employment law. In addition, he has valuable experience in commercial arbitration, litigation and other fields of dispute resolutions. He is also strongly interested in FDI issues.
