About Emmanuel
Emmanuel has been advising European and North-American investors in Greater China for 20 years. From 1992 to 1995, Emmanuel worked in Taiwan with a French law firm. Thereafter, he moved to Shanghai as a legal consultant. In 1999, Emmanuel joined CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre and set up the CMS Shanghai office in 2001. He became a partner of CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre in 2007. In September 2010, he joined TransAsia Lawyers as special counsel.
Emmanuel specializes in mergers & acquisitions, tax law, commercial law and Chinese outbound investment. He focuses on the luxury goods, retail, automotive, railway, sport, art, and renewable energy industries, advising numerous companies on their cross-border corporate and tax matters.
