About Eric

Eric’s practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, particularly in the IT and telecoms and the online games sectors. He assists clients with their market entry structures (in particular joint ventures), corporate governance, as well as regulatory and compliance issues. Eric is also a member of the firm’s Private Equity & Venture Capital team. In that role, he assists the team to advise on all aspects of investment activities in China, with an emphasis on structuring.

Prior to joining TransAsia, Eric worked in the Shanghai office of a large Chinese law firm, where he focused on capital markets, foreign direct investment, private equity investment, and general corporate matters in the automobile and IT and telecoms industries.
