About Eunice

Eunice works across several of the firm’s key practice areas but is currently focusing on corporate and commercial and employment issues. In this capacity, she regularly assists with the translation and drafting of a wide range of legal documents.

Prior to joining TransAsia, Eunice worked for a well-known U.S. law firm based in San Francisco, where she specialized in family law.

Recent Projects

• Assisted a U.S manufacturing company with the liquidation of one of its China subsidiaries
• Prepared and translated employment-related advice and documentation for the termination of an employee of a multinational company
• Translated documents for a major multinational pursuant to the bankruptcy of one of its China subsidiaries  
• Translated documents for a wireless device company entering into sponsorship agreement with the Shanghai Expo Bureau
