About Geoffrey
Geoffrey works primarily in the Media & Entertainment and Corporate & Commercial practice groups, but also donates a portion of his time to renewable energy clients. He is routinely involved in drafting and reviewing legal documents for corporate structures and commercial arrangements.
Prior to his time with TransAsia, Geoffrey worked at another leading Chinese law firm in Beijing, where he advised on both foreign investments in China and Chinese investments abroad.

- Advised a well-known European publishing company on its investment in China and potential cooperation with a local publishing house
- Assisted with Electronic Arts' acquisition of Playfish
- Assisted with the PRC corporate structuring for an architecture and construction company
- Assisted an international investor with its investment in the education industry
- Assisted a global publishing group on its acquisition of a Chinese medical software company
- Advised Chinese companies listed in the U.S. on their required filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission
