About Grace

Grace is a member of the Outbound Investment team, where she assists with advising on Chinese investment projects into foreign countries, particularly Australia. She also works on corporate and commercial law issues and M&A projects.

While studying at the Australian National University, Grace participated in the Clinical Youth Law Program as a legal assistant at the Canberra Youth Law Centre, a pro bono legal service dedicated to helping young people in the Australian Capital Territory.

Recent Projects

• Assisted in advising on China Bio Energy Holding Group Co. Ltd.’s IPO and NASDAQ listing
• Participated in advising Myer Holdings Ltd. (a leading Australian department-store chain operator) on the PRC aspects of its IPO on the Australian Stock Exchange
• Helped advise J Ray McDermott Asia Pacific on regulatory issues relating to its Chinese joint venture
• Assisted in advising Pentwater Capital on anti-trust issues for its investments in China
