About Binfeng

Binfeng graduated from China Labor College with a degree in law, and from the Party School of the Communist Party of China with a degree in economic management.

Prior to joining TransAsia, Binfeng served at the All-China Federation of Trade Unions (ACFTU) for 20 years, holding positions such as Deputy Director of the Legal Department. During this time, he participated in the drafting of various laws and regulations.

At TransAsia he specializes in employment matters, with a focus on issues relating to trade unions.

Government Advisory Work and Legislative Roles

While at the ACFTU, Binfeng took part in the drafting process of the new PRC Employment Contract Law. He also participated in the drafting of the original and the amended PRC Trade Union Law.

  • 2002: Honorary Award for "Achievement in Scientific Research"
• Binfeng was awarded the 1st prize for "Achievement in Scientific Research in Teaching Materials", as well as the 2nd prize for "Achievement in Scientific Research in a Translated Work" at the 10th anniversary seminar of the Chinese Association of Labor Law Studies in 2004
