About Jacky

Jacky’s practice focuses on M&A, joint ventures and other corporate and commercial transactions. He is particularly experienced in advising on market entry structures in the publishing, IT and telecoms, renewable energy and consulting industries.

Jacky is also a member of the Employment team, in connection with which he is involved in handling labor disputes (mediation and arbitration) and the preparation of employment documents.

Recent Projects

• Assisted in advising a multinational media corporation with a capital increase, as well as the liquidation of one of its Chinese subsidiaries
• Helped advise Federal Signal Corporation on the liquidation of one of its Chinese subsidiaries
• Prepared licensing documents for a leading private equity fund in relation to its investments in China
• Participated in advising DFS on issues pertaining to the bankruptcy of one of its Chinese subsidiaries
• Assisted in advising AIG on general corporate matters relating to its subsidiaries in China
• Helped advise an Italian manufacturing company to resolve a dispute regarding its trading contract with a Chinese company  
• Advised one of the world’s leading investment banks on the amendment of its incentive plans and related employee disputes
• Assisted an international bank on a dispute arising out of the termination of the employment contracts of several PRC employees
