About Jane

Jane recently joined TransAsia’s Beijing office, where she works across various practice areas, including Real Estate, TMT and Corporate & Commercial. She assists with advising on the establishment of corporate entities in China, as well as post-establishment procedures. She also assists with legal due diligence.

Prior to joining TransAsia, Jane worked as in-house counsel for the Asian headquarters of a Fortune 500 company based in Beijing.

Recent Projects

• Assisted in advising Amazon with the restructuring of one of its PRC subsidiaries 
• Helped to advise Titan (Sports Weekly), China’s premier sports newspaper on its China operations  
• Participated in advising various international companies with market entry and restructuring and in regard to corporate changes to their PRC subsidiaries including business scope expansion, capital increase(s), changes to senior management and share transfers
