About Professor Jia

Professor Jia is a Professor, and an advisor to postgraduate candidates, at the Peking University School of Law. She is also the Chairperson of the Peking University Institute of Labor & Social Security Law, Chairperson of the China Law Society Social Law Studies Institute, Director of the China Law Society, a senior member of the Legal Department of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, a Standing Director of the China Association For Labor Studies, a member of the 1st Academic Committee of China Renmin University Disability Institute, advisor to the Macau Social Security Society, and Executive Chairperson of the International Society for Labor Law & Policy, China. She is generally recognized as one of the foremost experts on PRC labor law and sits on the Advisory Panel of the Ministry of Human Resources & Social Security.

Professor Jia participated in the deliberations on the drafting of the PRC Labor Law, Social Security Law, Collective Contract Law and Employment Contract Law.

贾俊玲 教授

具有中国律师执业资格。    

现任北京大学法学院教授、博士生导师，北京大学劳动法和社会保障法研究所主任，中国法学会社会法学研究会会长，中国法学会理事；兼任中华全国总工会法律顾问委员会委员，中国劳动学会常务理事，中国人民大学残疾人事业发展研究院首届学术委员会委员，澳门社会保障学会顾问，劳动法与劳动政策国际协会中国地区执行主席等。贾教授被公认为中国劳动法领域最资深的教授之一，并系人力资源和社会保障部资深顾问。

贾教授参与了《中华人民共和国劳动法》、《社会保险法》、《集体合同规定》和《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》的研究起草工作。
