About Jida

Jida is a member of the Outbound Investment team, where he focuses on mining, natural resources and renewable energy.  His practice involves advising clients on all manner of corporate and securities law issues associated with this dynamic area.

Jida also has extensive experience advising foreign investors on their operations in China, including the establishment of subsidiaries, complex commercial transactions and related regulatory and compliance matters. In addition to his corporate practice, Jida has handled many litigation proceedings representing both domestic and foreign invested entities. Prior to joining TransAsia, Jida worked at a large commercial law firm in Toronto and well-respected local firm in Beijing.
