About Jida

Jida is a senior member of the firm’s Corporate and M&A practice groups focusing on the TMT, Real Estate, Mining, and Renewable Energy sectors. He has extensive experience advising clients on market entry, intellectual property, M&A, and regulatory issues. He has also gained significant corporate experience through a secondment to a Fortune 500 company as their PRC counsel.
 
Prior to joining TransAsia, Jida worked at a commercial law firm in Toronto and a well-respected local firm in Beijing.
