About Jing

Jing is member of the Corporate & Commercial, M&A and Anti-Monopoly (Antitrust) practice groups. He frequently assists in advising on market entry, corporate structuring, and anti-monopoly compliance issues. 

Jing is also a member of the Outbound Investment team, and has been actively involved in a number of different projects for clients in the energy, natural resources and mining sectors.

Recent Projects

• Assisted in advising an international IT company on restructuring its Chinese entities
• Participated in advising a U.S. private equity fund on its joint investments with Chinese state-owned entities in overseas projects
• Helped advise a leading financial services company on its acquisition of various competitors
• Assisted in advising J Ray McDermott Asia Pacific on the formation of its joint venture with a Chinese state-owned entity, as well as on obtaining the necessary financing
