About Julie

Julie is a member of the Corporate & Commercial and Intellectual Property practice groups, where she primarily assists IT and telecom clients with their investments and regulatory compliance issues in China.

With respect to intellectual property, Julie regularly assists with issues including software imports, the transfer and license of intellectual property rights, as well as litigation and arbitration.  

Recent Projects

• Participated in advising a leading wireless communications company on the import of new software into China
• Assisted in representing an online video hosting website in a series of litigations relating to online video copyright violations
• Assisted with the establishment of a copyright agency in China
• Assisted in advising a multinational on the arbitration procedures for domain name disputes
