About Maggie

Maggie is a member of TransAsia's Employment team. She advises on all types of employment issues, including those relating to social security and welfare, termination and retrenchment, and expatriate hires. She is also very experienced in translating and drafting employment-related documents, and has represented a number of multinational clients in labor dispute resolution (arbitration and litigation).

Prior to joining TransAsia, Maggie interned at the Second Intermediate Court of Beijing and the Xin Ji Yu Labor and Social Security Consultancy Center.

Recent Projects

• Assisted in advising an international online games company with regard to the disclosure by an employee of a confidential source code
• Participated in advising a leading multinational manufacturer on the retrenchment of employees
• Helped prepare advice for an IT company in a labor dispute filed by a former employer for improper termination
• Assisted a well-known 5-star hotel chain to prepare and implement a handbook detailing its internal rules and policies for PRC employees
