About Mark

Mark is a partner leading our IP team, but he also works closely with our employment team in cases involving IP protection agreements and non-disclosure agreements. With more than 20 years of experience as an IP lawyer, Mark has represented numerous multinational companies in matters including disputes over patent, trade secrets, trademark, copyright (including cyber copyright) and domain name infringement, the drafting of trademark and copyright licensing and assignment agreements, the negotiation of technology license agreements, domain name arbitration as well as an array of other intellectual property issues.

Before joining TransAsia, Mark had worked for China Patent Agent (H.K.) Ltd. for 8 years.
