About Owen

Owen's practice focuses on foreign direct investment, mergers & acquisitions, private equity investment, outbound investment, corporate restructuring, market entry and general corporate matters. He also has extensive experience in advising Chinese clients on their offshore financing projects, particularly in the IT, technology/media/telecom, mining, biochemical, motor, forestry, new energy resources and education sectors. 

Owen is a valuable member of TransAsia's Corporate & Commercial team, where he is involved in conducting legal due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, as well as designing deal structures and handling establishment and post-establishment issues for corporate entities in the PRC.
