About Joon Ho Tan

Joon Ho advises clients on foreign investment in the PRC, market entry structures, e-commerce platforms, data protection and privacy, product liability, dispute resolution and other corporate and commercial issues. In addition, Joon Ho is part of TransAsia’s Employment Law team, in connection with which he advises clients on expatriate employment (secondment) matters, stock option schemes and trade union issues.

Prior to joining TransAsia, Joon Ho was a senior associate in the litigation and dispute resolution department of one of the largest and most preeminent law firms in Malaysia. He has extensive experience in media (particularly defamation), contract, property, insurance, and tort law.
