About Tina

Tina Feng is a member of the Corporate & Commercial practice group, and an experienced legal translator. She is routinely involved in providing advice to domestic and multinational corporate entities in connection with their market entry structures, establishment and post-establishment issues, and other general corporate matters.

Prior to joining TransAsia, Tina served as in-house counsel in China for an American manufacturer.

Recent Projects

• Assisted in advising TVSN on the establishment of a joint venture for the online sale of cosmetics, and on related regulatory issues
• Helped advise Altium and Acision on making corporate changes to their China subsidiaries, including expanding business scopes and increasing registered capital
• Participated in advising TVSN on the structuring of its TV shopping businesses in China
