About Vivian

Vivian’s practice focuses on M&A, corporate restructuring and general corporate matters for multinational companies.  She works across a wide range of industries, particularly IT and telecoms, media and entertainment.

Vivian is particularly experienced in advising on foreign investment projects. She routinely prepares transaction documents and handles the structuring procedures (e.g., establishment of different investment vehicles) for international companies seeking to invest in China.   

Recent Projects

• Advised Nokia on the establishment and structuring of new corporate vehicles
• Handled the restructuring of the Chinese subsidiary of a well-known American Internet company
• Represented Longtop Financial Technologies Ltd. in the acquisition of several domestic software companies
• Advised China Networks on general operational issues
• Served as counsel to a well-known global publishing enterprise with regard to its potential co-operation with a PRC publishing house
• Assisted a multinational publishing and media group with the liquidation of its subsidiary in China
•  Advised an Austrian telecommunication operator on the restructuring of its operations in China
