About Yvonne

Yvonne recently joined TransAsia Lawyers as a member of the Corporate & Commercial team, although she is works in several of the firm’s other key practice areas, including Private Equity and Real Estate. She helps to advise on market entry structures, the bankruptcy and dissolution of corporate entities, establishment and post-establishment issues, and other general corporate matters.

Prior to joining TransAsia, Yvonne practiced at another well-known PRC law firm, where she specialized in corporate and private equity law.

Recent Projects

• Assisted in advising DFS on bankruptcy issues for one of its PRC subsidiaries
• Helped to advise Bertelsmann on the liquidation of one of its Shanghai subsidiaries 
• Participated in advising Sperian Protection on day-to-day operational matters for its PRC subsidiary
