About Zhang Min

Typical cases handled by Mr. Zhang are given as follows: the case against Jian on a charge of abuse of authority was finally resolved by not instituting a prosecution; the case of Zou, who was accused of selling commodities bearing counterfeit registered trademarks, was withdrawn by police station; Li’s intentional injury charge was resolved by not instituting a prosecution; and Lu, who was accused of selling entry-exit documents, was finally given a suspended sentence. In terms of non-litigious cases, Mr. Zhang has ever offered criminal legal service for the employee, who was suspected of duty encroachment, of a Shanghai corporation, and the employee, who was also suspected of duty encroachment, of a large media company in Shanghai and provided criminal legal service for a Shanghai real estate company that suffered contractual fraud.
