Jesse Chang Awarded Best Presentation at 2010 AMPLA Annual Conference

Perth: The 2010 AMPLA Annual Conference was held from the 20 to 23 October in Perth, Western Australia. AMPLA is a not-for-profit association established in 1976 to advance the knowledge  of law relating to mineral and petroleum resources. The event focused on recent developments in the Australian resources and energy sectors and covered topics including the future taxation of Australia's natural resources, challenges and priorities for Chinese organizations and price reviews.
 
During the 3 day conference, TransAsia's managing partner, Jesse Chang, delivered a presentation addressing the internal and regulatory approval process for PRC companies investing abroad.
